We sell our plugins on marketplaces, notably Plugin Boutique. When you buy from a retailer, you receive a voucher code that you redeem here to add the license to your time off audio account.

How to redeem your voucher code

1. Sign in or create an account. You need a time off audio account to redeem vouchers. See our account management guide if you need help.

2. Open the customer portal and go to the Vouchers tab.

3. Enter your voucher code in the field and click Redeem. The code is a long string of letters and numbers (UUID format) that your marketplace sent you by the third party retailer.

4. After redeeming, your new licenses appear under the Plugins tab in the portal. From there you can download the installers and view your license keys.

5. Install and activate. Once the plugin is installed, you can activate your license directly from within the plugin. See the installation guide for more information.

Any other issues

• If your voucher code is rejected, double-check that you've copied it correctly (including any hyphens). Each code can only be redeemed once.

• If you have any issues with your purchase from a retailer, get in touch with the retailer's support, as we cannot help with orders placed outside of our website.

• If you are certain that the code is correct, but it still fails, please contact us via the support form.
